Products Description

Couplings are short lengths of pipe used to connect 2 joints of tubing or casing.

They come with painted colour codes on their external surface to indicate their grades.

Coupling manufactured from 1-1/3" to 30" according to API standard. It is treated with phosphating or copper plating and have good abrasion& corrosion resistance. Threads have strong viscous resistance. Also customized couplings can be supplied according to special requirement, such as special-clearance coupling, combination coupling, reducing coupling, seal-ring coupling, special-bevel tubing coupling, ect.

Service's coupling has the characteristics of relieving the stress concentration at the root of the outer thread of the oil pipe connected with a single cone thread, which is not easy to produce fatigue fracture, and the connection effect is good. Effectively prevent the occurrence of oil well tubing column break off accident.
